Refund & Access Policy

01Course Access Timeline

Once your payment is verified, you will be added to the relevant course/batch and notified via phone/WhatsApp or email with your access details.

02Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• The request is made within 48 hours of the payment date, and
• You have not yet accessed or downloaded any paid course content, video material, or mock test.

03You May Not Get a Refund If

• You request a refund more than 48 hours after placing the order (purchasing the course).
• You have already accessed or downloaded any part of the course content.
• You have already attempted a mock test or requested your evaluation/certificate.
• The batch/course has already started and you have joined a live session.

04Refund Process & Timeline

To request a refund, contact us at quantschool@gmail.com or +88 01833455635 with your payment details (transaction ID, date, and payment method). Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Bank charges or mobile banking cashout fees, if any, are non-refundable.

05Cancellations by GRE Quant School

In the rare event that we cancel or reschedule a batch, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your seat to the next available batch, at your preference.
